Stairs
Our pre-cast concrete stairs and landings are factory made to your specification and drawings, giving a creak-free, shrink-free staircase, that can be installed early in a build without fear of damage, assisting with compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Hollow-core flooring
Our engineer designed hollow-core planks are custom made to your drawings and supplied with a full layout drawing to assist installation on site. They give a solid, creak and shrink-free floor in a short space of time. With the current Part B, Part E and Part L Building Regulations requiring fire, sound and thermal separation, hollow-core assists the builder in meeting these new standards.
Wide-slab (Lattice girder) flooring
The slabs are ideally suited to commercial schemes or flats developments, which require a specialised and/or high load bearing floor (e.g.car parks). The slabs form a permanent shuttering, with the reinforcement pre-bonded in, allowing a structural slab to be poured on top with minimal extra shuttering and re-inforcement. The slabs would have to be temporarily propped during pouring and curing of the concrete, but once removed leaves large clear areas below, with a smooth ceiling finish and no camber.
